Carnival Themed Party

How sweet it is! I have weddings on the mind, you see, my little sister is getting married at the end of the summer and this is what I think about. While looking for different ideas I came upon this happy little theme: Carnival!!! For anyone having a reception in a big white tent, consider the vibrant hues and cheerful accents that go along with this spectacular country fair/ carnival/ circus theme.
